Imbi Neeme was Operations Manager from 2017 to 2018 and Program Coordinator from 2014 to 2017.

Imbi has a wealth of experience in arts administration including work Polyglot Theatre from 2014 to 2016.

Also a professional author, her manuscript The Spill has been awarded the 2019 Penguin Literary Prize and will be published by Penguin Random House Australia in July 2020. She is also the recipient of the 2019 Henry Handel Richardson Fellowship for excellence in Short Story Writing.

In 2018, her short story Naamah’s Ark received first prize in the Open Short Story category of the Boroondara Literary Awards and was short-listed for the Peter Carey Short Story Award.
