Adam Pierzchalski
Adam is an award-winning theatre maker currently enrolled into Masters of Fine Arts – Theatre (by research) at VCA. He spent nine years as professional performer with Teatr Biuro Podrozy (Poland) and has collaborated with many well known theatres abroad including Teatr Osmego Dnia (Poland), Odin Teatret (Denmark) & Derevo (Russia). His production credits include: Carmen Funebre (winning Scotsman Fringe First & Hamada Prize in London), Not Of Us, Drink Vinegar Gentlemen, and Giordano. Adam relocated from Poland to Australia in 2000 and since then he is juggling being an actor, theatre-maker, physical theatre practitioner, moonlighting in cabaret, puppeteer, singer and appearing in various films and TV programs. He is co-founder RahRah with director Kimberley Grigg, where he co-devised/performed in most of the productions including Testosterone, Three Oaks and Flypaper. As a musician he plays trumpet and accordion, performing regularly with VulgarGrad.
