The performance of Opera-therapea was revealed for the first time in a consulting room in Fitzroy on 27th October 2013.

True to the Chamber Made Opera style, composer Young – who was also training for the Reykjavik Marathon in August that year – stated that the performance was ‘strange, beautiful and full of questions.’

The piece was presented as part of Young’s final artistic program at Chamber Made Opera and another addition to the highly successful Living Room Opera series.
