A new performance work created by the children from The Venny with artists and musicians from Chamber Made and in collaboration with architects from Giant Grass Designs.
This promenade performance throughout the grounds of The Venny includes playing and interacting with hand-made instruments and sound installations co-designed by the children, the adult artists and the architects.
Through music, storytelling, puppetry and song, Imagine a Place brings to life the things that matter to these children right now, exploring our relationship with nature and with each other.
This event is free and open to the public. No bookings required.
The collaboration between Chamber Made and The Venny in 2016-2017 has been made possible by the generous support of the Hugh Williamson Foundation. The project has been assisted by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, its arts funding and advisory body. Additional funding from Artist for Kids Culture.
