Michael Bink Chair
National Program Manager at Ability First Australia
Michael is a Vincent Fairfax Fellow in Ethical Leadership and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Former General Manager, Strategy and Service Development at Scope. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science), a Bachelor of Applied Science, and a Masters in Business Administration. He has been the chair of two Human Research Ethics Committees (Scope and Family Planning Victoria) and is a recipient of an Australian Violence Prevention Award.

Greer Evans Treasurer
Acting Assistant Director, Strategy & Performance at Victorian Building Authority
Greer is a vocalist and an accountant and Senior Associate of the Institute of Financial Services. She has over 7 years professional experience in the arts as finance manager of The Australian Ballet, and Orchestra Victoria. Other professional experience has included being the finance manager of the Building Commission and working for BP Australia and Worley Parsons in their finance departments. Greer holds a Diploma of Business-Banking & Finance, Masters in Accounting, Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is currently undertaking a Law Degree.

Kylie Trounson Secretary
Playwright and Actor
Lawyer at Slater & Gordon
Kylie trained in acting at the Method Studio, London and the National Theatre Drama School, Melbourne and recently completed a Masters in Playwrighting at QUT. She also has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.

Rod Macneil
Chief of Staff at Museums Victoria
Rod Macneil has more than 20 years experience in strategic communications, audience development, fundraising and marketing with leading cultural organisations here and in the United States.  A native Melbournian, Rod has a background in both music and fine art, having studied oboe while completing a PhD in Australian art at Melbourne University. He has been a fan of Chamber Made Opera since its early years. 

David Maney
Freelance performer and writer
David is a Melbourne-based writer and performer. He completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Creative Writing) at Flinders University. He has written for ABC’s Ramp Up and Time Out. In 2012 David was a member of the Catapult Creative Leadership Program at St. Martin’s Youth Arts Centre and performed White Spots as part of the Hatched Festival. In 2014 David performed as a rat in the voiceless opera Terminal and in 2016 he toured his work M♥re or L♥ss B♥tter to the Perth and Adelaide Fringe Festivals.

Erin Milne
Executive Producer, Bureau of Works
Erin was Executive Producer and Co-CEO of Arena Theatre Company for seven years. She has sat on a number of boards and grant assessment panels, including Theatre Network Victoria and Deakin University’s Arts and Entertainment Management Academic Advisory Board. In 2013, she founded Bureau of Works offering producing services to a number of independent artists; including Nicola Gunn, Triage (AUS/GER), Ridiculusmus (UK), Lemony S Puppet Theatre and Real TV. Erin was a Producer Arts Programs at City of Melbourne 2015-2017.

Michael Roper
Director, Architecture Architecture
Michael is a registered architect in the State of Victoria. He completed his Bachelor of Planning & Design at the University of Stuttgart, Germany and his Bachelor of Architecture with Honours at the University of Melbourne. He also sits on the University of Melbourne Architecture Advisory Board.
